We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will provide a notification on the main page of our Site and revise the updated date at the top of this page.

4. Access and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Webhook Tester for its intended purpose, provided that you agree not to use this tool for any illegal purposes, or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

5. User Conduct

You must not misuse the Webhook Tester by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the tool, the server on which the tool is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our tool.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Webhook Tester is provided "as is". We and our suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we, or our suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Webhook Tester, including, without limitation, any third-party claims brought against us alleging that your use of the Webhook Tester violated, infringed, or misappropriated any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Sensitive Information and Data Management

The Webhook Tester is not intended for processing or transmitting sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, or health information. You agree not to use the Webhook Tester for such purposes.

Users may lose access to webhook data if a session is ended. Please ensure you have secured all necessary information before ending your session.

We do not transmit payloads to any external entities or third-party services. All webhook payloads are stored only for the purpose of providing the service, and are stored for a limited time. After this period, data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Users have the option to manually delete their webhook payloads at any time. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
